During my time at the UX Writing Academy, I collaborated with a team on a two-month project for an Italian company named Growens. They are a global Digital Marketing Group with a workforce of more than 400 employees. In this role, I contributed to the development of a comprehensive Content Style Guide, taking charge of designing the guide itself, as well as crafting the Voice and Tone guidelines, Accessibility and Inclusion guidelines, and the Investor Relations persona.
