Spectrum Reach needed a scaleable way to onboard over 1,000 sales team members to a new proposal-building tool.
Solution
I created an onboarding flow to support users and help them feel confident using the new application. The product tour and page specific flows have consistently maintained a completion rate between 75% - 80%.
